We had originally planned to go to one of those popular “chain” Tex Mex places (sorry, I will confess), but the wait time at the other place was way too long. This place was nearby, and I am really glad I found it! We were seated right away. Everything was great- the food was delicious and the server was polite and attentive. Everything tasted fresh, and the salsa (with the chips and salsa) had a unique taste and was very good. Houston is saturated with Tex Mex places, so I always ask myself if I would go back to a place, or if I would keep exploring. I would definitely come back to this place.
Unpretentious but the food was to die for. Very high meat quality. Service was top notch. I do not live close by but I'm planning on going back.
